The Firm, headed by Mr.M.B.Sanil Kumar as the Managing Partner who was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 1989 and has an experience of more than 19 years in almost every facet of the accounting profession and has been rendering Financial Accounting support both on fixed time basis and year round basis for various Government Companies, Public Sector undertakings,
Public and Private Limited Companies and other entrepreneurs.

          
Mr. M B SANIL KUMAR, the Managing Partner have the capacity to looks after the entire range of practice relating to Audit, Direct Taxes including planning for Corporates & non-resident Indians and rendering of Consultancy on Accounting, Company Law, Taxation & FEMA matters including Management and Financial Consultancy, Techno-economic Feasibility Study, Pricing, Cost Management and Business & Corporate Planning.  He handles corporates and multinational clients across a wide range of industries.

 

Mr. M.B. Sanil Kumar was part of a technical team to assist the Kerala Government to set up the Horticultural Development Programme of the European Economic Community and also the World Bank assisted Kerala Urban Development Programme.  He has prepared more than 100 Project Reports for financial assistance from commercial banks and other financial institutions.  This includes more than twenty Hotel / Resort projects.  He had also assisted the Department of Tourism, Govt. of Kerala for development of tourism projects at Veli, Pathiramanal and Elaveezhapunchira.

 

M B Sanil Kumar is also the Financial Consultant of South Indian Megastars Padmasri Mohanlal and Padmasri Mammootty. 

 

Mr.Sanil Kumar was the Financial Advisor to Sheik Ali Bin Althani of Qatar for their first call centre project in Dubai Media city, Qatar and USA.  He is also Advisory Consultant to many Celebrities of Indian Films.

	Mr. J Sreekumar is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, who has been practising for the past Seventeen years in Thiruvananthapuram.  He had begun his practice as an individual and later formed a partnership firm KUMAR & BIJU ASSOCIATES and is now the senior Partner.   He
has prepared many project reports for financial assistance from commercial banks and other financial institutions for various organisations.

Mr. T B Biju is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, who has been practising for the past Sixteen years in Ernakulam.  He had begun his practice as an individual and later formed a partnership firm KUMAR & BIJU ASSOCIATES and is now the senior Partner.
